Naji 'Wavey' Richards has been working in grass roots community music for over 30 years, working for most of the major Arts and Music providers across Leicester, tutoring and mentoring young people on their musical journeys.
A member of the first generation of Hip Hop heads in Leicester Naji is still active on the underground Hip Hop scene as a producer both locally and internationally. He still DJs at Hip Hop events in the UK, Italy and Portugal.
Naji is a proud advocate for Hip-Hop arts, especially Hip-Hop music production and has a deep passion for passing on the energy of the old school to the new generations of Hip-Hop producers, MC's and DJ's.
